To all Data-Dev-Sec-Ops-Business leaders, in this talk we will focus on the manager’s perspective and pre-requisite to operate successful transformations in 2023.

The context and many use-cases will be based on 3 main ecosystems, a MDM (Master Data Management) ecosystem, a Marketing ecosystem and a Corporate Data ecosystem representing 200+ employees & consultants, spanning many LOB (Line of Business) and IT Squads.

Throughout this discussion, we will demonstrate that DevOps-focused-initiatives (and mindset) are still very much relevant today, especially in a large (and complex) organization.

Along the way, we will share successes and failures and also some metrics/key cultural aspects in our program but also at the executive-level (shared services/capacities).
