Northwestern Mutual has done many transformations previously, but needed to accelerate the business through a large scale enterprise change program. Northwestern Mutual embarked on a holistic program to address the process and tools that are used by our software delivery teams. Through this journey, Northwestern Mutual used a unique approach (using JIRA) to disseminate information and tasks to our over 350+ teams. Using the principles of DORA, Northwestern Mutual is driving incremental change in the way we develop, test, release, and operate software.
