NatWest last presented at DevOps Enterprise Summit 2019, "Our Heroes' Journey to Agility". The journey continues today as Agile and DevOps principles and practices are adopted to improve productivity, creativity and competitive advantage.

When NatWest’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team couldn’t keep pace with demand for application onboarding, automated and self-service capabilities were established. It transformed IAM into a critical enabler for digital innovation at the bank.
