Raj Fowler spent 20 years at BAE Systems, undertaking a variety of roles from aircraft maintenance to Enterprise IT Service Management. In the last few years of his career at BAE Systems, Raj initiated a DevOps movement which resulting in significant organizational benefits through improved product quality, significant improvement in throughput, improved morale and most importantly, improved customer satisfaction. Raj has recently moved to DevOpsGroup as a Principal Consultant and therefore transitions from the role of ""Bill"" to the role of ""Erik"" where he now help organizations through their transformation.

Rochelle is a career Enterprise IT professional starting as a developer moving through to IT Leadership roles in organisations such as Accenture, HCL Axon, Schaeffler Group, Xerox and BAE Systems. Rochelle spearheaded the DevOps Journey in BAE Systems to transform an international SAP team into a highly aligned, high-performing team trusted by the company to enable business results.
