This talk will demonstrate how a government organisation with 225 of history, specialist software systems comprised of monolithic COTS applications, and a large number of manual update and maintenance processes, adopted DevOps across the enterprise to create agility, fast delivery cycles and huge efficiencies with project delivery cycles.
