This presentation is titled "Horses for Courses" and will outline a story of improvement at LV= recognizing that as organisations we will all adopt new and improved ways of working in different ways and with varying degrees of pace. As an organisation very much aligned to ITIL and through introduction of automation practices we continue to see steady improvement in quality of service and throughput of change.
