In this talk Vincent and Gebrian will explain their journey to enable DevOps in their main application where they needed to refactor their 15 year old big monolithic application to a state of the art microservices platform. They will give an insight on the approaches they have chosen, challenges they faced and the road ahead.

Last year we presented already the start of this transition and this year we take it to a complete different level. We started a program to being able to deploy from code commit to production with a day and we also complete reorganized the organization to enable Agile & DevOps.
