Nick Wadge is the EMEA Chief Technology Officer for Nomura and has responsibility for many aspects of Nomura’s technology strategy. Nick is a member of Nomura’s European IT Executive, chairs the EMEA IT Graduate and IP Welfare committee and heads the EMEA IT Innovation initiative.

Prior to this role, Nick was Enterprise Infrastructure Services Global Head of Web & Software Engineering for a number of years in a career in technology spanning more than 25 years, having started as a junior programmer. He has diverse sector experience in central and local government, consulting, retail banking and capital markets.
