Lieutenant Colonel Max Reele is proud to present information and a hypothesis around organizing teams for successful DevOps within large bureaucracies. The focus of the work is to enable leaders of innovation organizations to control a simple set of variables in a way that best establishes success criteria for their teams, ultimately creating an environment where appropriate overlap of responsibility for performance against outcomes can be achieved. The research and suggestions are a result of his experience and collaboration with the DevOps Enterprise Summit community and the DOD's Software Coalition Working Group.
