Uh, thank you so much, Dr. Andre Martin for sharing that incredible advice with us. And if you'd like that, you can see more of him tomorrow on the employee engagement panel, along with Dr. Nicole Forsgren and Dr. Christina maslak tomorrow back to you.

00:00:16

All right. How was that first day? Everybody? Yeah. Yeah. Are you ready for a little bit more? Are you ready for a little bit more? Okay. All right. Well, we've got a little bit of housekeeping before we get that something more first. Uh, you've probably attended some amazing talks today. We want your feedback. The speakers wanted Jean and the programming committee wanted, uh, please get that in. The speakers did a lot to put the together the talks and share that with you. Give them the gift of sharing that feedback sharing is caring. The session slides, all of them for today are available at Dropbox and in get hub. Here are the links. They will also be in slack. That's amazing. It is amazing technology, lots of pictures. Great. Okay. All right. There were a lot of, uh, questions about where all the water is just a little bit of help.

00:01:16

Uh, they are in a lot of the common areas and the breakout rooms. They look like this it's a little bit dark, but they're, they're stationed around. They may be a little bit tricky to find because they're behind equipment or chairs or things like that, but they are in many of the breakout rooms and a lot of the common areas. How was that dev ops confession this morning? Yeah, the reason that we do these confessions is that they're meaningful. They're human. They're not as polished as what we often see up here on the stage. And it's those conversations that happen over drinks later, uh, that we don't always get to hear about, uh, share feedback on that confession in slack, if you want. And if you do have a DevOps confession that you would like to share at some point, uh, message Jean or Ann Perry in slack, we inspected it adapted on the unicorn project offer.

00:02:07

We made it even simpler. So for those of you who are interested in it, you can go to the Barnes and noble website. That's just bn.com. You can, pre-order 10 or 25 copies of the unicorn project, send the receipt to the email address up there. You know, one took a picture of that. I also put it in slack and then you can still get the bonuses, all of that merge that was included in the packages. We will still give you that. Uh, and you can see all of those at the URL. That's on the slide. Now, speaking of unicorns, this is the event that we've all been waiting for. It's been years in the making gene years in the making. As soon as we break here, it's going to be in the expo hall, which is up the stairs and down the hallway. It is happening right after we break here.

00:02:56

And the reason that Osos significant and years in the, is it as coincident with the release of Jean's new book, the unicorn project, you all are going to be the only people that have a copy of the unicorn project for another four weeks, the official release isn't until November 26, you, you, aren't going to be the envy of everybody that you work with because you're going to have that book and it's sparkly, and it's amazing. And it's awesome. And you can just smile and be smug all day for the next four weeks. Now, I want to say a big thank you to CloudBees because they're the ones who are sponsoring this event tonight. And the fact that they are sponsoring this event is a huge signal about how much they care about this community. So give them a round of applause.

00:03:53

Now, the other thing I love about parties is we, especially for this event is that we get together and we get to share and we get to connect and we get to celebrate this community and we get to congratulate each other on all of our great accomplishments. Now there's one person in particular that we should be congratulating. Most of all. And that's Jean Kim. Thank you. Because I got done with the book. All right. I think we want to get some photos up here, right? Yeah. You all are going to help us participate in this photo session. We need to get, yeah, we need to get a picture with the audience in the back. Everybody wearing their unicorn horn. There will be a slight approval process from every conference from here on out margarita. You want Jean to where you want you. Oh, you want you with a okay.

00:05:00

Gene. You get the, you get the unicorn horn too. I'll be right there with you. All right. How do we look good? Like the Martian, like the Fonz. Thank you. This is so great. This is so great. All right. Thanks Jean. I'm going to do the rest of the closing remarks like this. I think it's is wonderful. Okay. So the unicorn projects I mentioned, we've waited six years for this. It was six years ago that we first got our hands on the Phoenix project. Now you can get your book signed by gene at the CloudBees booth, back up in the expo hall at the party. Okay. Where are we going to get it? CloudBees booth. Yes. All right. Now a final thought, as we all go up and have fun at the unicorn party now, you've all, you've all learned a lot. I'm sure today from all the great speakers and the networking time and each other and all of those conversations and learning and things like that.

00:06:16

But I think there's one more lesson that we need to take away with us that can be taught by doughnuts and croissants. You just said, Jeff, I think you're crazy. I think that horn has got to your head pawn. Come on. Okay. So here's the thought when you're in there in the party, you're, you're talking, you're standing in a group think about and observe how you're standing in that group. Does your group resemble a donut closed off so that nobody else can get in? Or is it opened up like a croissant where other people can attach into that conversation? Yeah. Okay. So the final lesson that I will send you off as you go up to the unicorn party, is this help me out. Don't be a donut. All right. Have a great time tonight.
